I recently corked four bottles of a Raspberry mead. It’s somewhere between semi-sweet and sweet, I reckon about 12% to 14% ABV. It tastes exacly as I’d hoped, strong raspberry flavor accompanied by the tart-ness that you’d normally associate with raspberries. It doesn’t overpower the honey character of the mead at all, either.

Yesterday I bottled about 2.5 gallons of a very nice-looking Belgian Strong Dark Ale. What beer I did not bottle, I transferred over to a 3-gallon plastic carboy for a little experiment.
